In this article, a transmission line system for the propagation of millimeter-wave radiation is presented. The full includes TE11-to-TE01 mode converter, waveguide tapers, miter bends, and many straight sections. design each these components described, optimized simulation results are given. converter shows greater than 96% conversion efficiency that can be achieved over 2% bandwidth at ${W}$ -band. bends demonstrate loss 0.04 dB same when they configured to introduce mixture higher order modes before reflecting surface. An example with length 20 m, inclusive four 90° an oxygen-free high conductivity (OFHC) copper material, was studied 90–96-GHz frequency range showed 0.84-dB 93 GHz.
